A bit of heat, from A Taste of Thai Red Curry Paste, and a bit of sweet from brown sugar, makes these kielbasa bites absolutely tantalizing

Ingredients:
2 lbs. kielbasa
1-1.75 oz. box A Taste of Thai Red Curry Paste
1-2 tablespoons Soy sauce ( or according to you salt preference)
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon oil
Optional: chopped cilantro
Directions:
1. Place whole kielbasa in large skillet or pot, and cover with water. Bring to a boil, and boil for 5 minutes. For a softer outside, boil until skin pops. Drain
2. While kielbasa is cooking, add Red Curry Paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, and 21 tablespoon water to small sauce plan. Stirring, cook over medium heat until curry is dissolved and sugar is melted. Set aside.
3. Slice kielbasa into 1/4 inch slices( or thinner). Add oil and slices to to a large skillet. Cook on medium-high heat until slices have some brown to them. Add about 1/3 cup of Curry mixture to skillet. Toss slices until all pieces are coated with curry mixture. Serve with cilantro if desired
